Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard) available depending on cases.

When we work by hourly charge (time charge), the hourly rate is 30,000 yen (plus tax) per 1 hour, and we require deposit in advance. The rate may vary depending on the quantity of the case. Below are the fees when we do not use hourly charge.

If you need English translation of the related documents, translation fee will be added to the fee written below. Translation fee is usually 10,000 – 20,000 yen per sheet, depending on the contents of the document.

Car Accident Same as the Standard Fee. But if the case is about claim against insurance company, later payment (after you get the compensation) is available for part of the Initial Fee.

If you need detailed consultation and coordination assitance, additional fee will be calculated base on the time charge written above. 
Per Diem When the lawyer is required to appear to the court (or elsewhere), Per Diem Wage will be 40,000 yen (up to 4 hours roundtrip) or 80,000 yen (over 4 hours roundtrip) for each day of the travel.

The fees written here are subject to consumption tax (8%), which means you have to pay extra 8% as the tax. If you need information about fees for particular type of cases (such as labor case, inheritance case, contract drafting etc.), please inquire by email.
